What is Muay Thai Kickboxing?

Muay Thai is also known as Performance Stand-up Fighting. It is an easy to learn system, guaranteed to make you proficient on your feet in a short amount of time. It is fun, a GREAT workout and suitable for all shapes and sizes.

It is a hybrid of Traditional and modern Muay Thai, blended with Western Boxing, the two kings of the striking arts, proven to be the most efficient and effective in hundreds of thousands of REAL fights and battles. To further their effectiveness they have been supplemented with Judo, Greco Roman, Freestyle Wrestling and Kali Illustrisimo to form the ultimate in stand-up fighting technology.

It will teach you to deliver devastating strikes control and dominate your opponent at a distance or once the distance is inevitably closed. It has also been modified for self-protection/self defense and usage in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)

The more you put in, the more you get out. Take notes, ask questions and enjoy it!

Q. Do I have to be fit?

A. No, all fitness levels are catered for and the classes are individualized. Your coaches are here to help you get adjusted.

Q. How long are classes?

A. The classes run for around 1.5 hours including warm-up, pad work, drills, cardio, core work, sparring , stretching and meditation to finish it off with.

Q. Can I come on my own?

A.YES, although a lot of the class is done with partners, you will be matched with someone of a similar level.

Q. Will I have fun?

A.Guaranteed, This is all about getting fit, learning to be effective in self defense…..whilst enjoying yourself!.

Q. What do I wear?

A.Shorts/Tracksuit pants, a Gym t-shirt and please bring a spare t-shirt.
